Per outbound transfer in Nigeria
When your returns are disbursed, a standard Nigerian interbank transfer fee of ₦50 applies per transaction. This is the same fee any bank charges to send money to another account.

12-month projects target ~20% returns. 18-month cycles can push toward 30%. Longer lock-ins allow deeper construction value-adds, translating to higher resale margins.

Any changes will be reflected on this page and communicated through the platform. Fees applicable to an active project at the time of your investment are locked for that project's duration.
