To use Kendee, you must:

2.2. Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
2.3. Provide accurate and complete registration information
Kendee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
3.2. All activities performed under your account are deemed authorized by you
3.3. You must notify Kendee immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach
4.1. Investments on Kendee are property-specific and milestone-based
4.2. Each property may have multiple funding rounds tied to construction or development milestones
4.3. Users may have options to reinvest, withdraw, or exit at defined milestones, subject to project terms
Investment returns are not guaranteed.
To use Kendee, you must:
5.1. Payments may be made via virtual accounts, bank transfers, or other supported channels
5.2. All transactions are processed through regulated third-party payment providers
5.3. Kendee does not store full payment card or banking credentials
Kendee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
Kendee may charge platform, management, or transaction-related fees. Applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to an investment.
By using Kendee, you acknowledge that:
7.1. Real estate investments carry inherent financial risks
7.2. Property values and returns may fluctuate
7.3. Delays in construction or market downturns may impact returns
You invest at your own discretion and risk.
You agree not to:
8.1. Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
8.2. Attempt to manipulate investment data or funding rounds
8.3. Interfere with platform security or functionality
All content, trademarks, designs, and software on Kendee are the property of Kendee or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Kendee may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a security or compliance risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kendee shall not be liable for:
11.1. Investment losses
11.2. Indirect or consequential damages
11.3. Platform downtime beyond reasonable control
Kendee may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Kendee is certified by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Social Security and Cooperative Development Department.
